Let Them Eat makes each and every morsel as gorgeous as it is delicious. This is not your typical veggie fare for hippies, oh no, this is the kind of food you’d be happy to serve up for any special occasion, and to any kind of diner, whether vegetarian, vegan or staunchly omnivore.
Prepared in a way you have never seen, Scroll Ice Cream is the complete ice cream experience. Each order of ice cream is made using the finest local ingredients, often sourced directly from farmers and markets in Australia.
Inspired by Thai street vendors while holidaying in Phuket and amazed by their concept, we just knew we had to share this new way of making ice cream with our friends!
Our ice cream is preservative and stabiliser free. Our cold plate machine reaches temperatures well below -20°C. This means we’re able to create ice cream that produces smaller ice molecules to make it naturally smoother and creamier, completely eliminating the need to add in additional fat and emulsifiers to create the same rich, creamy texture we all love in ice cream.
The Pasta Guy is a small family-owned mobile food van, catering Adelaide and the surrounding areas that serves – you guessed it – pasta. Not your average pasta, but traditional and gourmet pasta where all of our pasta sauces are homemade by our fully qualified chef, Richard Thorne. And where possible, we always use locally sourced Barossa Valley ingredients for the freshest and richest flavours.
